What networks does WINMO use?
WINMO runs on either the AT&T or T-Mobile networks — two of the largest 5G networks in the US.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes! You can easily port your existing phone number to WINMO. The process is simple and we'll guide you through every step.
How do I activate my eSIM?
After signing up, you'll get redirected to a page with your QR code and you'll receive a copy via email. Simply scan it with your phone's camera, follow the on-screen instructions, and you'll be connected within minutes.
What phones are compatible?
Most modern smartphones with eSIM capability are compatible, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many other recent Android devices.
How do I port over my existing number?
Call your current carrier, get your port-out pin and send us: Your original number (NOT your newly assigned WINMO number), account number, port-out PIN, and billing ZIP code. Transfers take up to 24 hours. Keep your old service active until complete.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with zero cancellation fees or service interruptions.
What happens if I use all of my data?
No hard cutoffs here. Once you hit your plan's data limit, speeds reduce — but you stay connected. Need more? Upgrade your plan anytime.
How fast is WINMO's 5G?
WINMO runs on 5G networks delivering fast, reliable speeds for streaming, gaming, and browsing. High-speed data is available up to your plan's limit, then speeds reduce until your next billing cycle.
